Don’t Tell Anyone Please!

  Among the teachers who have taught me through my school life Tatyana Leonidovna is the one I admire most. She has been teaching me the Ukrainian language and Ukrainian literature, also she has been organizing different out-of-class activities since the fifth form as she is our form mistress.

  I met Tatyana Leonidovna when I was in the fourth form. She came to our class and told that she would be our form mistress in grammar school, then I thought that she was about twenty-five, but later it turned out that she was about forty. Also I remember that on one of the first lessons she said that she had an incomprehensible handwriting, but I think that her handwriting is quite understandable. When she came for the first time I thought that she was quite adequate, now after 4 years of study, I can say with confidence that she is the best class teacher. I am really amazed at her unbelievable energy and creativity. I appreciate her because she can take criticism, but I don’t like that sometimes she is too self-critical. Also I respect her because she is reasonably demanding in subjects that she teaches.

  I strongly believe that good relationships are the key to effective learning and if students respect the teacher they will do their best to learn subject. In my opinion, Tatyana Leonidovna is easy and pleasant to deal with. I think that she treats me with respect, Tatyana Leonidovna never humiliates me, also she doesn’t hurt my feelings, on the contrary, she always cheers me up when I am in a bad mood. My classroom teacher is polite and tactful, she always sees our point of view. Also Tatyana Leonidovna is caring, she listens to our problems and tries to help, besides, she always tells us to straighten the back (when we sit crookedly) and to get dressed if she thinks someone is dressed lightly. Accordingly, such a wonderful person as Tatyana Leonidovna can’t be indifferent to the pupils; she constantly gives students a lot of support and praise. Thanks to the above facts and many others I trust her.

  I always look forward to her lessons (except for those cases when I didn't do my homework) . The atmosphere at her lessons is great as she explains boring material in an interesting way and also I feel comfortable in the atmosphere she creates at her lessons. Also, I like that she grades papers on time, speaks clearly, sometimes gives creative tasks.

  DON’T TELL ANYONE PLEASE! in our CLASSROOM it is always warm and you can leave textbooks and jackets, we also have water and cups (if other classes do not drink it) DON’T TELL ANYONE PLEASE! Also Tatyana Leonidovna loves her work and always has have time for students out of class. However, from time to time she loses temper, and if it has happened then everyone will be in great trouble.

  I think I was very lucky with my form mistress. She made a great impact on my personality and shaped my character. I will always be grateful for comfort, advice and support she gave me whenever I needed. I am also thankful to her that my school years will never become hell for me.
