MY FRIEND: Liza Streseva, 8c

She Always Tolerates Me and My Quirks
Written by Liza Streseva, 8c

In my opinion, to have a real friend is very important for everybody, especially for a teenager because at this time teenagers suffer from loneliness and therefore do stupid things. The best friend is a person who trusts you, is honest with you and tolerates you. I`m lucky to have a devoted friend. This is Polina Ivanova, my classmate.

I think Polina is a pretty girl. She is in her early teens. She has shoulder-length straight hair. Polina is oval-faced with nice plump cheeks. She has fair complexion with freckles. Polina is slender and well-built. She is usually neatly dressed. She always looks trendy and stylish. I know she loves wearing bright jackets. I think they suit her. There is a saying “The eyes are window of the soul” and it`s really so. So when you first meet Polina the first thing you notice is her blue angel eyes. I think it is clear that she is generous. She always shares things with me. Polina is very determined because she always wants to be a success. She is also reliable and loyal. She helps me with homework when I don`t understand subject. However, she is a bit secretive, because sometimes she wants to be alone.

Polina and I are absolutely different but to my mind it just makes our friendship more interesting. Polina is very quiet while I am so noisy that I don`t know why people can be friends with me. I and Polina and I never quarrel. Sometimes we argue but always make peace.

What I like best about her is that she always supports you and keeps your secrets. Polina always will be happy if you are happy and sad if you are sad. Also (I don`t know why) but she always tolerates me and my quirks. I think Polina is the best example of a best friend. As a friend I love and respect her.
