Welcome to Montenegro with Liza Streseva, 8c

  I would like to tell about the most memorable journey in my life. Last summer my parents and I went to Montenegro. The place impressed me a lot. Montenegro is famous for its gorgeous countryside. It is real paradise with crystal clear sea and well-kept pebble beaches. The country has some famous attractions such as unforgettable historical places. Holiday makers will never forget interesting guided tours with experienced guides. Visitors will also enjoy delicious meals at restaurants. We were lucky to spend a fortnight in this holiday destination.

The accommodation was incredible. We stayed at four-star hotel Stella die Mare. Our hotel room was luxurious, clean and cozy. It had all conveniences such a shower, toilet, a balcony, TV, Wi-Fi and so on. The service was excellent because the staff was experienced. The hotel is located half way to the mountain top. But it took us only ten minutes to get the calmest beach and two minutes to the nearest beach. Our room faced the sea. From our balcony we could admire the view of sea and mountains.

The weather there was very hot and sunny. The minimum temperature there was 43 degrees. So when we didn`t go sightseeing we went to the beach. There we did a lot of swimming, sunbathing. It was pleasant because the weather was hot. It was paradise. The water was warm and clear. Every day we went sightseeing and saw some absolutely fascinating sights. We often visited museums, castles. It was very interesting. Of course we wandered about the city and went shopping. Every evening we ate out on the shore and watched entertainers who performed as we ate . The last day in Montenegro was long. We went shopping to gift shops.

One day we decided to go on a guided tour to Dubrovnik because we didn’t need visa and Croatia is only in 4 hours from our hotel. Dubrovnik is famous for filming Games of Thrones. The city has some incredible attractions for example a big wall where you can admire the city view and places where film was filmed. It is real paradise with little cozy streets and amazing views. We will never forget interesting guided tours with experienced guides. It was a marvelous day!

I enjoyed my journey because it had everything: incredible nature, crystal clear sea, delicious food and interesting guided tours with fascinating sights. I really had the time of my life.
