Studying in Future
Written by Andrew Kihtenko, 9a

For many years now we have been studying according to one system. But you probably wondered how the children would be learning in the future.

I think that everyone is tired of just learning the texts from the book and solve math problems just for the mark. Scientists predict that in the future, studies will resemble a game - with different levels of difficulty, elements of competition and awards. The first steps to learning, which brings indescribable pleasure, are being made today.

Nowadays, children acquire knowledge in the classroom from the teacher. However, in the future, students will receive knowledge from the network and through a variety of gadgets. The necessary information will be easy to instantly find on the network, and the person will have more time to analyze the facts. So the usual form of education will be distance education. Today, online universities are becoming very popular, offering many interesting free courses.

In the future, 3D printing will also be very popular. 3D printer allows you to create a working mini-model. If every school in the future has a 3D printer, it will develop in students many useful features. Physical models develop abstract thinking for example chemical molecules, which means that if you print out the physical version of the structure, students will be able to better understand what they are dealing with.

Also in the future there will be a very popular augmented reality. Pupils will be able to visit the moon, in various famous places, see molecules, study stars and much more.

In the future, education may no longer be limited to teaching books. Augmented reality, study as a game, learning at a distance - will allow to conduct lessons much more interesting. Experiments and mistakes will also be encouraged due to 3D printing, since there will be no real consequences or budgetary expenses. Schoolchildren will regard learning as a welcome part of their lives, and not as a routine that is boring and tedious.
