In Time
The name of my favourite movie is IN TIME. It was directed by Andrew Niccol. It was realeased in 2011 by New Regency Pictures Strike Entertainment 20th Century Fox. The cast is superb.Will Salas (Justin Timberlake); Raymond Leon (Cillian Murphy); Silvia (Amanda Seyfried) starred in this film. It was the greatest blockbuster which received excellent reviews.
I first saw this film with my family at the movie theatre right after it was realeased. I really lost count of how many times I've watched it afterwards, but the truth is that I've memorized almost the entire script which is really well written by Andrew Niccol. The genre of the movie "In time" is a fantasy, action, because in the film an action takes place which does not actually exist, for example, that each person can determine how much he has left to live, his life depends on how much he "earns" for himself, his time... I really like this film, because it has a combination of reality and suspense, the suspense of what will happen to you tomorrow, whether you can live or not, what the authorities come up with, whether you can earn yourself time to live... Every time when I watch it, I realize that this is a masterpiece and one of the greatest films ever made.
The plot is the following. This is a classic tale about the biological time of people. In the future world, humanity has discovered the way to immortality, and now people are genetically programmed to stop aging when they reach the age of 25. Time has become the only currency that everyone is trying to get in any way possible so as not to die. A person learns about the time at his disposal by a luminous clock implanted on his left hand. The action takes place in two neighboring cities: the “ghetto” Dayton and the rich New Greenwich. In the ghetto, people have very little time, and every day someone dies, as the cost of living increases day by day.
In fact, it was difficult for me to choose a favorite actor because they all got so much into this role, plunged into those emotions, scenes, that it was incredibly cool to watch this movie. But still my favorite was the main character - Will Salas (Justin Timberlake). It was his story that was told in a larger volume, in the film: it was told about his day, how he earns these minutes of his life, how he wanted to save his mother and how he wanted to have more time than a day, to live a normal life without looking back on what if you don't find the time - you die. In this way, he decided to steal time from "rich" people.
The film created a superb plot with brilliant characters. All the characters shown in the film seem to be realistic and the viewer lives together with them. The acting of Will Salas (Justin Timberlake), Silvia (Amanda Seyfried) is totally outstanding. The special effects made the movie unforgettable. The film is thought-provoking. Without direct instruction it makes us think about sense of life. The characters are so believable that by the end of the film you feel you've known them all your life. There is a positive scene near the end of the film in which the main character saves his beloved.
I've seen the movie more than 2-3 times. The story is excellent, the casting, plot, acting, dialogues and all other aspects of the movie are superb. The movie deeply touched me and became the most favourite movie I have ever seen.
