Problems of Internet Friends

  I think every person has friends. Maybe only one, or maybe more than ten, but all people have friends. But there are people, who are very shy so they have problems with meeting new people. I'm a person like this, so I hardly meet new people. But I have many Internet friends and I want to tell about cons and pros heaving Internet friends.

Let's start with pros. As for me, to make friends on the Internet is much easier for people like me, who are very shy. You don’t know what a person looks like, so you won't have any stereotypes about nationality, skin color, or something like this. You don’t have to even meet in real life this person, so there won't be eye contact or anything embarrassing like this. Also you can find friends according to your interests and hobbies so you will have themes for speaking. The last, but not that least, you can meet people all over the world.

However, there are some cons with which I ran into. Firstly, I am so shy, that sometimes I can't even start chatting with a person. It is quite sad, because maybe there were many people, who could be my friends now. Secondly, it's pity, but not with all my Internet friends I will meet in real life. Thirdly, if someone of your Internet friends has problems, you can't help him. And it is the issue , which is the most horrible. One day I couldn't help my Internet friend, than he disappeared from messenger, where we were chatting, for some days and then I learned from his sister horrible news. Now have I lost another friend of mine, but I hope he is OK in his real life. Also one of the strange, but big problems is that moment when your Internet is over. You can't even chat with your friends and for some days you feel quite lonely. And the last problem is that even in 2019 Internet isn't a safe place. There are many scammers and pervets. But I hope in future, the Internet will become a safer place.

All in all, I can say that Internet friends is the real rescue for people who are frightened of meeting people, one thing that all Internet users must know is to be careful with personal information there. Then you will find friends from all over the world and be happy.
