Emma Charlotte Duerre Watson is a British actress, model and activist. As a child, she became famous for her role as Hermione Granger in films based on the books of J.K. Rowling. The actress claims that this character became her guide to the big world of cinematography. But now she has many other roles in films: «Ballet Shoes»; «The Tale of Despereaux»; «My Week with Marilyn»; «The Perks of Being a Wallflower»; «The Bling Ring»; «This Is the End»; «Noah»; «Regression»; «Colonia»; «Beauty and the Beast»; «The Circle»; «Little Women».

She was born on 15 April 1990, Paris, France. At the age of 6, Emma firmly decided that she wanted to connect her life with the film industry. She now has over 20 awards for her acting and is even listed in the Guinness Book of Records as the highest paid actress of the decade. However, when she grew up, she realized that she was comfortable not only on the set. Emma develops in different directions. She is a social activist. In 2014, Watson was named UN Women Goodwill Ambassador. She launched the HeForShe campaign, which encourages men to speak out for gender equality. Emma donated $ 1.4 million to a fund “The Justice and Equality Fund” to help women who face domestic violence. Also Emma has strong views on ecology. In 2009, she launched the first organic cotton clothing line for the People Tree brand in collaboration with Italian designer Alberta Ferretti.

In my opinion, Emma Watson is a good role model for me and others because achieve a lot by herself. She worked a lot in different fields of activity to achieve such success and fame. I can`t forget to mention that she helps many who need help. I think that she is worth respect. The last but not the least, she gives me and other people motivation not to be afraid to express own opinion. All in all, I think that Emma Watson is a good role model.
