Charlie and the Chocolate Factory
Marina Ikonomu, 7a

I read the book shared by Natasha Sych Charlie and the Chocolate Factory by Roald Dahl. First of all, I warn you that it is impossible to tear yourself away from this book! It is a story about Charlie, a boy from a poor family, in which this child can get chocolate as a gift only on his birthday. But once Charlie was lucky. In a chocolate bar he found the ticket for a tour with other children to the chocolate factory of Mr. Willy Wonka. Among five luckiest children, who came to the factory, only Charlie managed to get the main prize – a lifetime supply of chocolate. Of course, the rest of the children were disappointed at the end of the factory tour but they had bad habits.

This book teaches us that greedy, stupid people and those who behave badly in the end will be punished. And those who behave modestly, politely, and nicely can expect a gift. I really liked the main character of the book, Charlie, and his modesty, politeness, ability to strive for the goal, to achieve results, while thinking not only about himself but also about others. I advise all children of the world to read this book, and be happy immersing in the magical world of fairy tales by remarkable writer Roald Dahl.

Chocolate river, chocolate bars and miracle gum and so on. This book is an exciting journey round the invented world, created by Roald Dahl with a kind, polite and positive boy named Charlie.

It is a great book with an interesting and fascinating plot. It is not overloaded with big dialogues and descriptions, which is important for children. It is instructive, but not boring, and very funny.
