Don’t Feel Depressed After You Broke Up With Your Boy- friend

Dear Kylie,
I have just received your letter and I`m so sorry. But you know you are an amazing girl. So don`t care about it, it is not your fault. Moreover, I know your ex boyfriend and I think it was not the best choice for you.
I don`t think that you have problems with your figure. But if you think so, I`ll give you some advice. There are many ways to lose a lot of weight fast. However, most of them will make you feel hungry and dissatisfied. No offense, but I think having a strong willpower isn`t about you. So hunger will cause you to give up these plans quickly.
In general, everything needs to start with proper nutrition as it is the key to success. So the best advice I can give you is to choose a diet that suits you. If you want to lose weight you should start with by avoiding sugar and starch (like bread). Such a diet is called a low-carb diet. I think it will suit you. The main advantage of the low carb diet is that it causes you to want to eat less. Even without counting calories most overweight people eat far fewer calories on low carb. If you are interested in it, read about this diet on the Internet.
Also it is very important to do some kind of sport. I advise you to do fitness. Go to the gym and start practicing, but what is the most important, do it with the coach. And remember, you should lose as many calories as you gain and even more.
I know from my own experience that it's always difficult to start, but it's possible. So get up right now and start the way to your goal. Personally, I don`t use any diet, but I exercise regularly. I go to the dance club three or even four times a week and it helps to me keep myself in shape.
I want to tell you that you are beautiful. I believe in you and I`m sure you will achieve your goal. I`m always near you and I`m ready to help you. Don`t think about boys now as you are the main what you have.
