EVERYTHING THAT DOESN’T KILL US IS SUPPOSED TO MAKE US STRONGER: Rules for Teachers

Artur Shamyan, 10a

I study in of the best schools in our town. I really like getting education at the Grammar school 2. I am taught by experienced teachers. They give me vast knowledge of all subjects, both exact and humanitarian.

School life is difficult not only for students. Students complain about rules that they have to follow. Teachers also have their rules to follow. In our school rules for teachers are the following.

I would like to start with some general rules. Our teachers must treat us with respect. They may not humiliate students. Moreover, they mustn't yell at us. The teachers shouldn't play favorites. They must treat all the students equally. Each teacher is obliged to be objective in assessment. During the lessons a teacher must clearly explain material. However, s/he doesn't have to repeat really easy things for inattentive students. The teachers need to come up with some interesting kinds of work, not to let students become bored. Each teacher must share experience with us. What I appreciate most is that our teachers must prepare us for ZNO exams, and they know how to do it.

What about schedule, it is really awful. Our teachers are to be at school before zero lesson. They stay at school until 5-7 pm. They mustn't leave the school before finishing all the work. The teachers are not allowed to be late for lessons. They have to spend much time checking our notebooks and tests. What is more, they need to give us homework and then check it.

To cap it all, I'd like to say, that I respect that our teachers do their best and follow the most of the rules, which make their work more difficult.
