WHY DID HE HELP ME?

  Janet Black looked out of the window of the old building. It was dark and wet. Rain was coming down heavily. The streets were empty. No cars, no people … nothing. Suddenly a flash of lighting tore across the sky. She shivered with fear. A huge spaceship was approaching the building. “They’ve found me,” she gasped. “I can’t get away now…

Janet worked as a scientist. Together with their partner, they developed a completely secret project, a device for communication with aliens. She had already met with aliens once. It was at night. Then she had already finished her device but decided never to use it because it could be incredibly dangerous. She was at home all alone and was reading a scientific journal. It was very dark and quiet when suddenly something very bright shone through the window of Janet's house. She went outside and stared at the sky.

“It's impossible” - she said. A giant flying saucer hung in the sky directly above her. Janet ran home. She hid under the bed. The girl was trembling with fear and was very frightened. She called her partner. “Take the thing, that we had created”, she said. A few minutes later, her partner came to her. With the help of the device, Janet drove away the aliens. She understood that they had come here for this device, but did not understand how they had found out about it. To prevent this from happening again, she ordered her partner Professor Miller to destroy the device.

This day it was different because she didn't have her invention. She was in a panic and didn't know what to do. Janet went out into the street. “What do you want this time”, she asked. Her legs began to lift off the ground and she flew straight into the center of the ship. Aliens were looking at her from above. They were blue in color, with a head like a plate, long arms and short legs. They all also had a large, identical scar on their left arm. Suddenly a car jumped out of nowhere and was heading straight for Janet. The man from the car grabbed the girl by the leg and put her in the car. It was her partner who took her to a laboratory not far from the girl's house.

Professor Miller put his arms gently around her shoulders. She was still shaking with fear but she felt safe. The flashing lights were gone, along with the strange faces, and the professor was holding her. She took his hand in hers. Then she noticed it: the same strange scar like the one the aliens had.

At that moment she made a hypothesis. Her partner was a real alien who once had come came to Earth and started trying to invent a device for the rest of the aliens to take over the Earth. When they finished the device, he summoned his own kind for the first time, and when the girl asked to destroy the device, he just didn’t do it. She asked Miller to bring water. When he left, she took out a shocker and shocked the professor. She tied him up and asked who he was and what he was doing here. Everything was confirmed, Janet called the police and the professor was taken away until the circumstances were clarified. She was worried about one question “Why did he help me? They will come back ...”.
