The Teacher I Admire Most

Among the teacher who has thought me through my school life there is the one I admire the most. She has been teaching me for 2 years.
I`ll never forget the first time I met her. It was 3 or 4 years ago when I was a little bit smaller. The action took place in the chemistry classroom. It was a laboratory work. We were working with chemicals and fire. I made a mistake because of my inexperience. She called me not a very good word so that all the class could hear it. So, I didn’t take to her at once. Only later I realized how tolerant and reasonably strict she was. She sets a good example for us because she is enthusiastic and understanding.

I strongly believe that good relationships are the key to effective learning and if students respect the teacher they will do their best to learn the subject. In my opinion, Svetlana Fedorovna is easy and pleasant to deal with. She always treats you with respect, however she accompanies it with sarcastic comments in class, but when she is saying it, it is funny for both for you and class. Moreover she is polite and tactful to you, when you are asking her for a help. She shouts sometimes, but it doesn`t look frightening. She does it absolutely at that moment, when the situation needs it.
I always look forward to her lessons. She has a talent to explain boring material in an interesting way, contact with pupils, speaking with us. I always feel comfortable in the atmosphere she creates at her lessons. She has a sense of humor, but she always sarcastically laughs at that pupil, who is not responsible. Although she has not much spare time, her door is always open for consultations or for the students who want to retake the test and improve the mark. She often encourages those who have a difficulty. Svetlana Fedorovna makes us think, asking imaginative questions and than giving good marks. It makes me do my best at chemistry. She carefully prepares for every lesson and never assigns tasks without explaining.
I feel fortunate to be taught by Svetlana Fedorovna. She gave me vast knowledge of chemistry. But what is more important, she made a great impact on my personality and shaped my character. I shall always be grateful for comfort, advice and support she gave me whenever I needed and for making me work up to my capacity.
