  Dear Maria,

I am on a holiday in Slavskoe, if it can be called a holiday and I arrived here four days ago. I have never seen such nasty people, terrible service, the hotel like from horror movies and other shocking things. We are staying at a “five-star” hotel with my mother, outside it looks like an abandoned house, there is no heating and we have to be all the time dressed in a warm jackets, the toilet is outside and right next to the forest. The weather is awful: incredibly cold, blizzard, strong wind that blows the roof off small houses. We are in mountains that’s why we need to go up every day in lifts which are very old and broken and we cannot be sure that we won’t fall and be broken. We have already been skiing and we don’t want any more because the ski tracks were very crooked and there was a lot of rubbish.

  Dear grandma,

Hello from Bukovel – place of alpine skiing. I came 5 days ago, but impressions overwhelm me so that I will explode. This is an absolutely stunning place of beautiful views, perfect photos, excellent mood and friendly people. My family is renting a guest house and each of us has their own room, in the cozy wooden house facing mountains and if there were an opportunity I wouldn’t go out but the most interesting is outside. The weather is marvelous - there is no wind, frost pinches cheeks, from the trees the sun looks out.

  Dear Maria,

Save me, I’m sending you a letter from Cannes, which changed my life forever and we had been told that this would be a week of wonderful rest and enjoyment but it’s a lie. We arrived a month ago and now I can say that this is the place of rich, hypocritical people and “gorgeous” entertainments which spoils people every day. I am staying with my mother at a hotel, in which staff are interested in rich people who are so greedy and selfish that don’t see anything except themselves, and in the hotel-restaurant we didn’t even eat because there wasn’t enough food.

  Dear Maria,

Greetings from Сannes! I am spending a week in this unforgettable French city which is full of entertainments and delightful attractions and I got here two days ago and already saw a lot of things. I have never seen such turquoise and clear sea, so that’s why we are staying at a hotel by the sea with my mom. The weather is very pleasant, luck smiles to us therefore every day we go to the beach.

  I would like to start with the concept of LGBT. LGBT or GLBT is an initialism that stands for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender. In use since the 1990s, the term is an adaptation of the initialism LGBT, which was used to replace the term gay in reference to the LGBT community beginning in the mid-to-late 1980s. Activists believed that the term gay community did not accurately represent all those to whom it referred.

  The initialism has become mainstream as a self-designation. It has been adopted by the majority of sexuality and gender identity-based community centers and media in the United States, as well as some other English-speaking countries. I firmly believe that our government must legalize the LGBT marriages, and confirming my opinion, I would like to raise some arguments in my essay.
