My Favourite Teacher
Anastasia Grynyuk, 10b

My favorite teacher is Alla Vladimirovna. She is one of the teachers that I admire. She has been teaching me for one year but this year was unforgettable. I known her as a head teacher for all my school life. And now she is a teacher of Guide-Interpreter Course. I remember her first lesson I was shocked! Alla Vladimirovna said that we shouldn’t focus on our grammar mistakes. I took to her at once because she is a very charismatic and well educated person. It wasn’t long before I realized how supportive and reasonably strict she was. I really respect her because she is an understanding teacher.
I strongly agree that good relationships are the key to effective learning - if students respect their teacher they will do their best to learn the subject. To my mind, Alla Vladimirovna is easy and pleasant to deal with. She is polite and always tries to cheer me up when I am in a bad mood. She is a really interesting person she has traveled a lot and Alla Vladimirovna always tries to share her experience with us.

Among the teachers who have taught me through my school life Elena Andreevna is the one I admire most. She has been teaching me geography for 4 years.
I remember our first lesson… She introduced herself, told us about some subtleties of our future education and, of course, added her unique jokes  I took to her at once. I realized how enthusiastic, optimistic and intelligent she was. I really appreciate her for being firm, fair and having unbelievable energy. She is reasonably demanding and organized. Every new topic is planned; she explains everything easily and I can listen to Elena Andreevna for hours. I am amazed at her patience during our lessons. I can`t help mentioning her sense of humor. Elena Andreevna can always liven the lessons and it`s great.

Among the teachers who have taught me through my school life Maria Evgenievna is the one I admire most. She has been teaching me English for 6 years.
I'll never forget the first time I met her. It was when we transferred from the primary school to the 5th form. Her lessons were always interesting, full of games, but at the same time instructive. She tried to adapt us to a different atmosphere. I took to her at once. It wasn't long before I realized how supportive and fair she was. She possesses such qualities essential for a good teacher as creativity and patience. Maria Evgenievna always comes up with different new activities during the lesson. I'm really amazed at her unbelievable energy. She is always cheerful, full of fresh ideas and in a good mood. She sets a good example for us because of her organization and ability to take criticism. Therefore, she has a great number of those qualities, that a competent teacher and a good person should have.

There are a lot of people who influence our life and can be role models for us. They are our parents and relatives and, of course, our teachers. A teacher is the person who shapes the future of everyone by providing best education to students. Teacher plays a great role in the education of every student. A good teacher has many qualities and is fully able to make students successful in life.
My favorite teacher is Valentina Petrovna – my English teacher. Valentina Petrovna is a pensioner and she is not teaching at school, so she gives me only extra lessons. Unlike other students, who do only homework during extra lessons, I discuss modern problems with Valentina Petrovna, share my experience and imagine interesting situations. No word is Russian – that’s the rule at her lessons.

Rules for Teachers
Maria Oberemok, 10a

If the teacher combines love to his work
and to his pupils, he is a perfect teacher.
Lev Tolstoy

1. Teachers should estimate each pupil identically. If we are not allowed to cheat during a test, nobody is allowed to do it.
2. They are supposed to give pupils feasible homework. We hate writing notes up to 3 am.
3. Teachers must explain all new information. You shouldn’t give us it for self-education.

Rules for Teachers
Natasha Sych, 10a

1. Every teacher should respect each student and perceive him as a person.
2. Teachers must understand that students have their own time and they aren’t obliged do at this time instead of doing things which they like.
3. Teachers should make varied lessons, in this way students will be interested and will take an active part in the process.

Piece of advice for teachers
Valera Dychakovskiy 10a

1. You must treat all pupils with respect.
2. You should explain clearly our home task, because sometimes it’s hard to understand requirements.
3. You shouldn’t punish student when s/he doesn’t follow someone’s reading.
